Constructora Cycons

The company was founded by Luís Caña Caña in the year 1,978. Their early focused on the small-scale construction and renovations of houses.

The second generation joined, partly in the 1980’S, hand in hand with his two older sons: Jorge and Jose Luis Caña. Were years of learning, much work and limited structure. My father permeated to the organization of the slogan "the job well done," putting always emphasis on the rigor of the day to day, and in the maximum care and attention to the customer.

In the year 1998, we configure our first strategic plan, the organization is fixed improvement plans and growth in all areas of management and production, and thus obtaining an improvement in all its processes. The objective is distinguished from other companies in the sector, and to offer something more than a product.

At the end of the 1990’S, Cycons, focused its customer base in the chemical and pharmacist sector. The contact with the multinationals in that sector forced Cycons to intensify the professionalization of its structure.

The relocation of investments in the chemical and pharmacist sector at the start of the decade of 2,000, led to the conversion of Cycons toward the residential housing and tertiary sector, while retaining and response at all times all those needs required, a rising from the loyalty of our customers.

Today our construction company manages between 10 and 15 works in progress at the same time, with a level of annual turnover that round the eur 20 million. Our next objective is the balance of our portfolio of clients toward the tertiary sector: sports facilities and hotel complexes that are beginning to be a reality in our process of collecting and conduct of business.
