Human resourses

Taking as a reference the business plan of our construction company,  has been formed with a human capital able to integrate into the organization and get a high degree of involvement and identification with our company.

To achieve this objective, we have opted for a young and qualified staff. The construction company is formed by a total of 40 people, 26 of which are direct personal at the works. The average age of our technical and administrative staff is 34 years, and more than 45 percent of the same are university graduates.
