Our internal training plan takes into account the needs of all our members, as well as improving the professional quality of employees and consequently the competitiveness of the company in the market today.

The goals achieved in our training policy are:

8 Improve the image of the company.

One of the major results of our ongoing training activities and we are most proud of has been to lead a workforce in which all are trained as preventive resources and this is contributing to the decline of the sinister in the works , thereby enhancing our quality of human labor, the main tool in our organization.

Thanks to the professional practice of our employees, we have achieved to be one of the companies with fewer accidents in 2009, issuing a favorable report to the General Directorate of Social Security.
